Student Ministries
Welcome to Derwood Bible Church’s Student Ministries. We believe the youth is not just the church of tomorrow but we are a vital part of the church today. We know that the world expects little from us, but we’re here to prove it wrong. We exist specifically to:
REACH people with the love of Christ
CONNECT with other Christians in authentic relationships
GROW in our faith through studying God’s word, prayer, and service
DISCOVER and explore the talents and gifts God has given us
HONOR God in every aspect of our lives
This is no easy task, but contrary to our culture’s message, we are up to it.
Both middle and high school ministries begin September 17. They will meet on Sunday, from 4:30-6:00!
The Edge is our middle school ministry and is focused on walking the walk Christ has called us to. We combine crazy games, sincere love, and the real truth found in scripture to create an environment that is both fun and challenging.
Momentum is our high school ministry and is all about living out an authentic faith. Combining challenging topics with a community focus we want to encourage one another toward a deep and lasting faith.
